This project involved the design and fabrication support for a crude fractionation facility capable of processing 15,000 barrels of crude feed per day. The facility was engineered to separate crude feed into multiple refined product streams while integrating essential plant utilities and infrastructure.
ARJAE’s role focused on developing an efficiently integrated processing unit, ensuring that the fractionation system and supporting plant services worked together to support stable operations and dependable performance.

Fractionation equipment and plant utilities were developed in parallel to support efficient separation, stable plant operation, and long-term maintainability. This coordinated approach helped ensure smooth integration between process equipment, piping systems, and facility infrastructure.

Fabrication and assembly activities were completed within ARJAE’s indoor fabrication facility, providing a controlled environment for structural steel fabrication, piping systems, and modular components.
Close collaboration between engineering and fabrication teams supported the efficient construction of the plant piperack and supporting systems, ensuring seamless integration with plant utilities and processing equipment.
